    Construction Development: A complete construction package with permit drawings and written specifications.

    Procurement & Project Management: Sourcing and purchasing of all finishing materials, lighting, and furniture, with full oversight of orders, deliveries, and on-site coordination.

    Staging & Sign-Off: Final deficiency review, client sign-off, and magazine-quality styling.

  • Every project is unique, but each follows a proven, structured approach. Review the Full Service, Partial Design, and Design Consulting sections above to identify the best fit, or contact us to explore the right path together.

  • Design at this level is a collaboration. Every iteration, material selection, and design decision is presented and reviewed with you to ensure your vision is honoured. Connection varies by phase, from in-person and virtual meetings to phone and email.

  • Having a budget in place before the design process begins allows us to build within defined parameters from the outset. Wherever possible, establish two figures: one for construction and finishes, another for furnishings, art, and decor. Our team is well-versed in local pricing and available to help develop a realistic budget.

  • As early as possible. Selecting a designer you trust is one of the most consequential decisions in any project. Availability fills quickly, as client rosters are intentionally limited to maintain quality. Once design begins, the process from initial phase to permit submission typically spans several months to a year.

  • Initial meetings, whether in person or virtual, are 45 minutes and complimentary. These are an opportunity to discuss your project and get to know each other, and for the designer to gather enough information to build a proposal.

    • Timeline for completion

    Please note, the 45 minute meeting is arranged after an initial 15 minute onboarding call, should the designer and client feel aligned.

  • Services are billed at a competitive hourly rate, with detailed timesheets provided alongside every invoice. Fixed contracts for defined blocks of design time are also available upon request.
